A high profile Client in NYC is looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to work Monday to Friday 9-5PM. The client is moving out of his/her country home in upstate NY and needs assistance in cataloging digitally her belongings. The PA would be needed to stay in the upstate residence for a couple days to get this project finished.

The position will primarily be based in the client's apartment on the UES.

Responsibilities include; organizing, answering phones, email correspondence, calendar management, scheduling, and setting up appointments. The client is open to a temp to perm role.

Must have at least 10 years experience as a high-level PA - preferably in the NY-Metro Area.

Full time: Assistant: Salary is DOE but should be in the $75-$85,000 range ( $35-40 an hour.)

Nanny- Live-out Nyack, NY Our clients a busy family in Nyack is seeking a professional and fun local nanny for their two school-aged children ( 6 and 11 years old). The schedule is live-out, Monday through Friday, 12pm-8pm, though flexibility is key. There are several trips per year and you would also be expected to travel with the family on those.
Responsibilities will include cooking organic, healthy meals for the children, keeping the children's spaces and common areas tidy (the family has a housekeeper so no deep cleaning is required), assisting with packing and unpacking from trips, assisting with care for the family's cats and dogs, driving the children to classes, appointments, and activities, running errands for the family, assisting with homework, and more.
The family's dream nanny is fun, playful and outgoing with older children, can maintain an organized schedule, is tech-savvy, and self-motivated. You must have a valid driver's license and be available for long-term travel.

$25 - $35 per hour based on experience. Must be local and have reliable transportation to and from the job.

The live-in accommodations are a separate apartment on the property. The Nanny will be responsible for caring for the couple’s school-aged child. They are looking for a nanny with at least 5 years’ experience working as a career nanny, who is active, hands-on and fun. The ideal candidate will love the outdoors. They live on a large property with horses, and farm animals so must be open to living in a country style home! The parents travel a lot for work, so flexibility is vital with a weekly changing schedule. The nanny will work on average 40 hours a week. The spend two months over the summer in Florida in a large home where the nanny will be provided her room and bath.

USA - NYC EA/PA for High Profile Principals in New York
The position is based in an office setting in lower Manhattan and will be reporting to Principal’s EA who has been with the employers for many years. The right candidate will have a no job too big or small attitude, is exceptionally organized, precise, and is a team player with a professionally pleasant demeanor. Must be well experienced in keeping all matters pertaining to the principals, their family, friends, guest and all business matters fully confidential.
Duties include:

Complex calendar and travel management – work, family, social events, homes, must be able to keep principals prepared with accurate documentation for the event.

Provide information on venues, full travel itineraries, guest lists (with bios for those in attendance) and other relevant information so that the principals are well prepared and each and every event goes smoothly.

Screening incoming calls and correspondence. Determining what course of action should be followed. Drafting email responses and other follow up.

Constant input and maintenance of the Principals contacts – reminding them of upcoming birthdays and other events for friends and contacts

Scheduling meetings, appointments, and other events.

Coordinate with estate managers in multiple locations to prepare for Principals, family and guest arrival, planned activities and guest accommodations

Secure visas for international travel for Principals and their family

Providing backup administrative support

Hands-on errands and shopping for specialty items, researching the latest trends in gift giving.

Researching events and securing tickets and reservations

Submitting invoices for payment

Coordinate with Property Managers in multiple locations to prepare for Principal, family & guest arrival and while in residence.

Other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Job Qualifications:

· Minimum of 7 years providing administrative/personal assistant support to a senior executive, CEO, high profile or high net worth individual.

· Highly organized, meticulous, detail oriented, resourceful and self-directed. Displays professional demeanor and neat appearance at all times. Must have creative, persistent, and thorough research techniques.

· Flexibility to be accessible 24/7; commits to prioritizing the needs of the Principals and their family.

· Fully proficient in using Mac, MS Office Suite, Google Docs, iCloud, Dropbox, and Box.Com.

· Fluent in English.

· Legally eligible to work in the United States

· A degree from a selective university is strongly preferred
