EA/PA C-level NYC Our client, a visible and respected business leader in the financial community requires an exceptional executive/personal assistant to concentrate on her family and personal projects as well as liaise with her assistant team at the office to ensure her business and private obligations are met in a seamless, timely, accurate, and exceptionally-high level. The position is based in the executive's home on the Upper East Side (NYC) and is interviewing local residents only. This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, preferably from a selective university. Normal work hours are Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. The right candidate will have several solid years for one employer as a C-level executive/personal assistant. Salary is negotiable and benefits are provided.
Duties will change daily but will include extensive assistance with Client’s personal projects, including:
o Acting as Point of contact/gatekeeper

o Managing a complex calendar consistently changing

o Coordinating heavy schedule requests for both her and her family

o Project Management (renovations, children's schools, lessons, private entertaining, etc.)

o Manage, screen, and prioritize calls, emails, invitations and other communication

o Communicate with other assistants in her office-based team

o Helping the client prepare for meetings

o Coordinating with other assistant team members around galas and events and other corporate/charitable functions

o Booking family travel for both international and domestic

o Preparing complex travel itineraries with daily agendas

o Liaise with building management for all maintenance regarding the client's home

o Booking high-demand dining reservations

o Making on-demand last-minute changes to complex travel itineraries

o Coordinating and applying for summer programs, lessons, tutors, & camps for the client's children

o Keeping detailed records of all business and personal transactions w/receipts Assist with expense reports, collate receipts and petty cash

o Communicating w/ private school, tutors, instructors and others around the children's education and academic goals

o Running personal errands for the client and her family

Mmm I know plenty of Estate Managers but they wouldn’t qualify for the Butler part!

Domestic Couple/Estate Management Team -LIVE OUT
HIGH PROFILE ENTERTAINMENT FAMILY with a residence in East Hampton and primary home in Los Angeles are seeking a solid estate management team to manage their 10-acre horse property with multiple guest houses on the east coast.

Couple must be warm, friendly, experienced and have a service mentality/heart. Excellent background in servicing multiple guests for the summer months communicate with the family office on the west coast and the team in the Manhattan (NYC) apartment. Oversee all housekeeping departments, interior, and exterior of the property, front, and back of house service, event coordination, troubleshooting systems and maintenance needs.

The family is in residence for the Summer and Thanksgiving and some other holidays here and there, but otherwise, the house can get very quiet. It is NOT a live-in position nor will they relocate, so local candidates only who are used to the weather and have their own accommodations and transportation to and from the job.

Key skills:
* Must have top skills around entertaining - very busy during the summer with many guests and large parties
* Exceptional level of service, setting up rooms, setting the table, floral arranging, making things look beautiful and well cared for.
* Front and Back of House mentality.
* Food service understanding, wine pairing.
* Hiring of additional staff and managing the 5 regular staffers there (HKs), houseman, Chef, other ad hoc staff
* Maintenance, hiring of landscapers and vendors
* Vetting the vendors or doing any handiwork themselves if possible
