NYC- Nanny- Live In ASAP!!! A busy family in the West Village, NYC is looking for a full-time, live-in nanny to help care for their two children ages 1 and 3. This is Monday- Friday position as they employ a weekend nanny as well. They are looking for a hands-on, engaging nanny that is energetic and can keep up with two toddlers! The children attend preschool/classes so helping them get to and from activities, classes is part of the duties. The nanny will also be responsible for meals for the children, organizing rooms and keeping things tidy. The family also employs a housekeeper, so no heavy cleaning is required. Both parents work full time with hectic schedules, so they need a nanny who is an excellent communicator and able to keep the parents informed of day to day happenings. The ideal nanny will have 10 plus years' experience as a full-time nanny, know NYC well, attentive, detailed and well mannered. Daily rate $250. USA- Atlanta, GA -Admin/ Personal Assistant. This is a full-time position and requires complete flexibility with schedule. Client manages several companies including restaurants, nightlife and is also in the petroleum business. The client travels a great deal, so a big part of the role is to coordinate his travel and managing calendars. The position will be working out of both his home and office.
The client does have two children (middle school aged) that are with him every other weekend so some driving them may be required. Routine Duties include; Administrative assistance in the office, Running Errands, Booking Travel, Extensive Calendar Management, Coordinating Household staff schedules and Managing staff in the home. The ideal assistant will be able to handle a changing schedule, (have flexibility with days and hours worked), and be professional, well-spoken and have experience in a similar role.
